Non-medical home care is a service that helps those in need by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) in order to continue living life from the comfort of his or her own home. Basically non-medical in-home care focuses on helping seniors with a set of daily tasks so that they can get through their activities in a safe and healthy manner. The help needed depends may depend on the seniors’ age, environment, and health condition. Some seniors need help to maintain and continue their favorite activities, which they have been doing for years like gardening, reading, walk through the woods, etc. Others might need more pressing help like – showering, taking medications, grocery shopping, etc.

ABOUT THE TARRANT COUNTY TEXAS FRANCHISE
Nancy holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She is a Texas Board of Nursing Licensed Registered Nurse with certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
As President/Administrator of In Home Personal Services, Nancy is responsible to ensure full compliance with all Federal, State and local applicable regulations are met while overseeing the quality of all services provided to clients and communication with the client and responsible parties. She has been practicing dermatology with Dermatology Associates/Center For Skin & Cosmetic Dermatology. Her medical background includes hospital, medical, and surgical experience as well as serving as the administrator of an in-home services organization for the senior population.
As a Nurse Practitioner, she provides care for a variety of skin disorders and performs skin cancer examinations, diagnostic biopsies, and treats a variety of skin disorders. Nancy is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurses Association and is certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Neal has over 30 years of healthcare experience and as Senior Vice President/COO of In Home Personal Services, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company while helping to ensure regulatory compliance and regulations are met along with the strategic planning for client-centric services. Neal’s previous roles and positions:
- The Regional Vice President for EMDAT where he was responsible for the management and placement of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology focused on healthcare documentation.
- The Director of Enterprise Revenue Management Solutions for McKesson being responsible for building a network of strategic business partners with a particular focus on revenue cycle technology, patient access resources and industry educational venues.
- The Director of Business Alliances for CareMedic Systems where he was responsible for building a network of strategic business partners focused on revenue cycle technology, patient access resources and industry educational venues.
He has published several industry related articles and has made presentations to seminars across the country for numerous organizations and groups.
