24-hour care private in the home. 24 Hour Care offers 100% personalized care to you or your loved one. With 24 Hour Care, you will receive all of the care you need – right when you need it.

24 Hour Care provides the unique opportunity for a client-driven level of care. Daily routine and continuity is paramount for each individual. Our 24 hour caregivers understand this need and establish fluid schedules that conform to each person’s individual needs and lifestyle.

Equally as important as providing assistance with physical needs, our caregivers establish amazing relationships with our clients and their families, offering companionship that is priceless.

Our team is comprised of dedicated, compassionate professionals who understand the challenges your loved one faces on a daily basis and are trained and prepared to help overcome as many obstacles as possible.

Together with our team, you and your loved one will build a customizable and comprehensive care plan outlining what services are required and to what degree the assistance is needed. Services consist of assistance with anything you may need or require including the full scope of Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene, incontinence care and so much more.

Care by the hour, no minimum. Hourly One-on-One Care allows you to get the services you need between the hours you specify.
Our caregivers provide personal care and companionship in the home, and can also assist with tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.

*Hourly rates are based on hours scheduled consecutively. Any hours provided with a split schedule will be billed at the rate of the consecutive hours per visit. (i.e., If a caregiver is needed from 11-1 and then again from 3-5, this would count as two separate visits at the 2 hours per day rate.) But never any minimums.

Care for the short-term needs. Whether it is a break for the primary caregiver, to meet a specific period for recovery or to build strength or to provide a safe environment for when the family is away. Our goal is to get you back to a place where you will no longer need us as a provider.
Hospice : Bed Side
There truly is no more of a personal time in our lives than when we need specialized care when our life is facing its next journey. Hospice care is more than end of life care, it is a rare privilege to spend not only time with those in need but for the family to focus on being a family and we focus on the care you need. Our caregivers are specially trained on hospice care.
Acute : Home Health Based
We have developed, from our own experience, care programs that ensure we are a fit in the care team that is home based. Working directly with a skilled home health provider our caregiver becomes a valued resource in the care team in your home.
Dementia : Understanding the Care needs
Understanding how memory loss works and how it impacts our daily life is only the beginning of our programs and training to our caregivers receive to ensure that the care of your loved one is met with the right compassion and understanding of what they face in their daily lives.
Parkinsons : Care designed for symptom regression

Discharge : Transport door to door
Call us and we will take care of everything. Prior to discharge we will coordinate door to door service that includes proper caregiver staffing in the home, transportation, medications, specialty medical equipment and d anything else so all you do is rest and recover.
Going Places : Lifestyle Transportation
Sometimes all we need is a little companionship and assistance to get out into the word and enjoy life. That’s what we do, as needed and on demand we can arrange for the ground transportation and trips for anything from your appointments to social events and errands.
Post OP : Post surgical recovery
We all just want to rest when we are recovering, even from more common day surgery. No matter it being a hospital discharge to continue recovery at home or a day procedure that leaves you feeling a little off balance and wanting extra help at the home. Founded in 2004, In Home Personal Services has provided seniors with high-quality home care services at affordable prices. In Home Personal Services has stood alone when it comes to creating individualized care plans based on our client’s specific needs. We work primarily within independent living communities, allowing our clients to remain living independently and safely within their home longer. We have built a reputation for helping clients maintain a high quality of life, allowing In Home Personal Services to become one of the largest purveyors of senior care services in Chicagoland. To further enhance Senior Care across the country we have built out a franchise system and are now growing our mission nationally with locations nationally.

What is home care?
Home Care covers a wide range of services to meet the personal needs of an individual, known in the industry as ADL’s or Activities of Daily Living. ADL’s include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping and anything else we do on a daily basis to care for ourselves and stay healthy.
What is home health care?
Home Health Care provides medical services, such as skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social work, in the home. Home Health Care services may be covered by private healthcare insurances, Medicare, or private pay. Home Health Care services must be ordered by a patients’ physician. In Home Personal Services is not a Home Health Care Agency, but if your loved one is in need of medical services in the home, we would be happy to provide you with resources.
Are your caregivers insured & bonded?
Yes. To help ensure the safety and well being of our clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance. We then ensure each caregiver is covered with general liability and workers comp (where applicable).
Will my family member always receive care from the same caregiver?
Our goal is to establish a long-term caregiving relationship with your loved one. In most cases, you or your loved one will have the same caregiver. There are exceptions depending on scheduling conflicts or if you or your loved one has 24/7 caregiver support, which in that case there will be multiple caregivers covering a shift.
How are our caregivers selected?
Each of our Caregivers complete an extensive interview process consisting of successfully meeting our standards for skill sets, communications, and professionalism. In Home Personal Services also conducts personal and professional reference checks.
Are caregivers screened?
In Home Personal Services Caregivers successfully pass criminal background checks, drug screenings, and TB tests (where applicable). In Home Personal Services is licensed, bonded and insured.
How are our caregivers trained?

In Home Personal Services Caregivers’ training exceeds that of the industry standard, ensuring that all caregivers are qualified to tend to the needs of those they serve. Training includes:

  • Education on state rules and regulations
  • Lecture and teach back methodology of providing each individual care task
  • Healthcare communication
  • All caregivers receive annual competency evaluations.
How is a caregiver matched with each case?

All cases begin with a complimentary, no-obligation assessment. This assessment, conducted by a member of our leadership team, allows the client, their family, and IHPS to get to know each other and the needs of each individual.

Following the assessment, we will discuss the best possible caregiver fit. If for any reason the family feels the caregiver selected is not the right fit, we have a large pool of professionals and will do our best to match you with a preferred caregiver.

How is the care provided by the caregiver measured for quality control?
Each case has a designated member of our leadership team to handle the case and ensure the quality of care. If the family has questions, comments, or concerns, they can direct them to this team member who knows their specific care needs. In Home Personal Services provides quality control visits at least monthly to ensure that care is exceeding expectations. Our caregivers are on call 24/7.
What is the protocol in the event a caregiver takes time off?
Time off for live-in caregivers is especially beneficial in reducing caregiver stress and burnout. When our caregivers are in need of time off, they inform our office of their plans. We then schedule a relieving caregiver with a similar personality and skill set as the primary caregiver. The primary caregiver communicates with the reliever to ensure a continuum of care.
What is the cost of in-home care?

In Home Personal Services cost of care varies based on the number of hours and level of care needed. In Home Personal Care has created a unique system that provides many cost benefits:

  • No hourly minimums
  • No daily minimums
  • Pay for only what you actually need/want
  • No long-term contracts
  • No penalties for service cancellation

Do We Accept Payment From Medicare, Other Private Health Insurance Policies, Or Financial Benefits?

Medicare and private health insurance plans often do not cover the cost of non-medical home care. Our services and care are largely private pay, however, we do work with Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance and veterans benefit through the Aide and Attendance Benefit.

Oliver Dela Rosa

One of the most profound and best decisions that Oliver has ever made in his life was when he joined and served with the United States Army in October of 2009. The decision to join and serve not only changed his life, but reinvented, restructured, and transformed his entire being through the collective experiences, camaraderie, shared values and mentorship while serving with his "battle buddies" abroad. With a military background equipped with the skillset while embracing the Army’s seven core values (loyalty, honor, respect, integrity, etc.); it provided him the very foundation and the platform in relentlessly chasing his dreams and goals in life. Soon after exiting the military, he utilized his Post 9/11 Montgomery GI Bill benefits to pursue higher education affording him the path to receiving a great education and becoming the first-generation member of his family to graduate with a degree in Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy- a holistic healthcare profession dedicated to serving people to achieve their health and wellness goals while ensuring the best quality of care!

After receiving his graduate degree, soon thereafter he passed his National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy and received his state licensure to be employed as a registered Occupational Therapist working in an outpatient medical facility. He has been a practicing Occupational Therapist for over 6 years, specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Oliver evaluates and treats diagnoses with traumatic or repetitive stress injuries while focusing on improving range of motion, strength, and overall functional mobility to facilitate improved engagement in ADLs/IADLs, work and occupational role performance. While Hand Therapy is his specialty; Oliver has also experienced working in diverse clinical settings to include acute care/hospitals, day rehabilitation, sub-acute care, memory care, home healthcare, and skilled nursing homes; enabling his versatility to adapt to various fields of Occupational Therapy.

Currently, Oliver serves as a Chief Operating Officer for In Home Personal Services Home Care agency as a franchisee operator servicing counties to include Will, Kendall, and Grundy counties. His primary responsibilities include highlighting operational strategies, marketing, business development, quality assurance, networking strategies, while collaboratively working with the team to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainable growth. He also serves as one of the Directors of Services conducting comprehensive formal in-home assessments with clients to identify and determine the plan of care required in order to meet and exceed client's expectations when it comes to providing excellent care by the home care aides.

Notable achievements that Oliver has accomplished while pursuing higher education was how he became the proud recipient of multiple scholarships in the academic setting to include the following: Patriot Education Fund Scholarship, DuPage County Medical Scholarship, Julie Rose Becker Scholarship, and the Mary Kasch Hand Therapy Certification Scholarship as of 2023. Oliver is also very proud that he served and was honorably discharged from two different military branches to include active duty Army and the Air National Guard working in the Ordinance and Air Transportation fields. Currently, he is also a drilling reservist within the Navy Reserves located in the North Chicago/Great Lakes duty station as a Logistics Specialist.

Oliver is currently married to his wife, a culinary chef and together they have three beautiful girls; ages two, four, and thirteen and loves to enjoy and spend quality time while being a hands-on father and a husband. He is an avid runner participating in multiple half-marathon races, however, enjoys tacos, bbq, strong coffee, cruises, learning new languages and sampling cultural foods while traveling all over the world! With this, he understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance as he juggles his priorities of work and family, professional and personal roles, both crucial in their own right and requires an adequate amount of flexibility, patience, commitment and discipline.

Ultimately, he is grateful for the opportunity to make a profound impact with every single person who sits in front of him. He is an experienced clinician while also functioning as the Chief of Operations/Director of Services; he faces daily challenges dealing with emotionally-distressed clients with negligible to potentially life-debilitating diagnoses. He listens actively to his clients and strives to engage in positive therapeutic interactions while building rapport, establishing mutual trust, and striving to make a difference in people's lives while delivering the highest quality of care to the clients in his community!

Lovely Ranoa-Chia

Lovely Ranoa-Chia is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, wife, and mother of four boys, one of whom she lovingly cares for as a survivor of blood cancer. Her passion for helping others began at a young age, and she started her career as a caregiver at just 16. While balancing her responsibilities as a new mother, she worked full-time in caregiving roles and pursued her education, eventually graduating from the Nursing Program in 2010. With over a decade of experience in various healthcare settings, Lovely has developed a broad range of skills and expertise. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, hospice care, palliative care, home care agencies, wound care specialization, and dementia and memory care settings. Her versatility and dedication have led her to take on various roles, including clinical and administrative positions, such as admissions, director roles, quality assurance, and compliance.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Lovely has honed her expertise in ensuring adherence to state and local regulations in health departments. She has a deep understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and has successfully implemented compliance programs that meet the highest standards. Her extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations has allowed her to navigate complex issues with ease, ensuring that organizations under her leadership remain compliant and thrive.

Outside of her professional life, Lovely is an organized and minimalist individual who values simplicity and efficiency. She enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, trying new foods, and learning about different ways of life. Her passion for food and culture has taken her on many culinary adventures, and she loves sharing her experiences with others. Lovely is also a strong advocate for self-care, recognizing the importance of taking care of oneself in order to care for others. Lovely's most notable achievement was as the Executive Director of Matthews Healthcare Education, where she developed and researched new caregiver programs. Under her leadership, the institution received recognition from the Private Business and Vocational Schools Division of the Illinois Board of Higher Education, making it the first privately owned Caregiver School in the country to receive this distinction. Prior to becoming an IHPS Franchise owner and operator, Lovely served as the Vice President of Franchise Operations at In Home Personal Services Development, where she utilized her expertise to support the team and ensured the delivery of high-quality services. Through her remarkable journey, Lovely has demonstrated her commitment to the caregiving profession, inspiring others to follow in her footsteps. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals to become effective caregivers, sharing her knowledge and experience to make a positive impact in the lives of others, including her own son, who continues to thrive under her loving care.

Jose Chia
