Brianna Turner is the Agency Administrator of In Home Personal services, Inc. Her primary roles are leadership, compliance, education, and client satisfaction. Brianna leads a team of healthcare professionals who oversee the direct care of each client. She ensures compliance through regular audits of client files, caregiver files, and policies and procedures. Through continuing education, she and her team stay current with the ever-evolving industry of healthcare and develop new and innovative ways to provide individualized care to their clients.
Brianna has been in the home care industry for fourteen years and began her career as a caregiver, so she understands the demands of each position. Her ability to problem solve, educate, and advise based on experience speaks volumes, given her leadership and personal skills. Brianna aspires to make a difference in the lives of others, through In Home Personal Services, and our vision to care for those in need.
When she is not working, Brianna is enjoying time with her three children, husband, and dog. She was born in Green Bay, WI and is an avid Packers fan. She loves gardening, researching her ancestry, and in the summer, you can find her anywhere near water, beaching, boating, and soaking up the sun. Fun Fact: Her favorite Packer games to attend are the frigidly cold games, bundled up in snow gear!

In Home Personal Services began in January 2004, founded by Michael A. Collura working with his own Mother to provide quality care to seniors who wished to remain in the comfort of their own home.
We understood early on the challenges facing many seniors and their families when it came to aging and the desire to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle in the comfort of one’s familiar surroundings.
In Home Personal Service was formed with the belief that home care should be tailored to meet the individual needs of every client. It has remained our mission, to ensure the client and their family receive the highest level of quality care.
Many challenges were faced along the way including new laws and regulations for standards of quality care introduced by State authorities in 2008. Michael and the IHPS team were already operating well above these new standards, proving their mission was a success as they had not only met the standards of quality care issued by the regulatory authorities, they had exceeded them.
Today Michael continues his mission and In Home Personal Services has grown not just in its native State of Illinois, but throughout the United States.
