Michael A Collura

Michael's journey into the world of senior care began at the tender age of 15, marking the onset of what would become his life's mission. His initiation into the field occurred quite by chance when he took a job at a nursing home where his mother worked. It was in this setting that Michael's deep-seated passion for meaningful work and helping others took root.

Working in the nursing home, Michael quickly adopted core values of compassion, respect, and dignity, coupled with a genuine desire to aid those in need. These formative years, enriched by his upbringing, laid a solid foundation for the In Home Personal Services brand that would later flourish under his guidance.

Years later, as the driving force behind his business, Michael has stayed unwaveringly true to his personal ethos. His business objective is a direct reflection of his core values: to make a substantial difference in the lives of seniors by offering quality homecare services. These services not only adhere to the highest standards but also promote independence among the elderly, all while maintaining affordability. Michael continues to touch the lives of many, ensuring that the care provided through his brand is both compassionate and dignified, just as he learned all those years ago.

Sarah Regge

As the Director of Services at In Home Personal Services, Inc., Sarah Regge is the cornerstone of our caregiving team. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Sarah is responsible for a wide range of essential duties to ensure seamless operations. She oversees caregivers, fill in were needed, complete assessment and SP, complete payroll and schedules/HHA showers. Sarah graduated from high school in 2005. Attended Rock valley College for CNA. She is currently working on a Bachler’s Degree from Arizona Global in Healthcare Administration.

Maureen Johnstone

Consists of a detailed assessment of needed client care in private homes and long term care facilities. I assess and provide customer assistance and advise and follow through to facilitate live in and hourly caregivers for Elderly home care which requires professionalism, team work, and efficient communication with families clients and fellow health care colleagues and providers. Provide leadership to caregivers on a daily basis while following all healthcare guidelines. I respect understand and genuinely care for the elderly and this job is my pleasure to do.

Ephraim Santiago

In-charge of all Independent Contractors and their compliances. Manage and help the Caregiver Placement Team to staff and place the proper caregiver on a case. Help maintain a good working order for the Placement Team. Help organized and distribute check on Contractor payment.

Lui Magno

Manage hourly staffing needs, coordinate care plans and assign the right fit caregiver based on client’s requirements. Manage Clearcare and ensure right schedules are plotted accordingly. Finalize invoices for Billing and Payroll processing on a weekly and Bi-Monthly basis respectively.
